Matt called me back in a Sunday when he was closed after our AC system died. and set up an appt the next day to look at it. He took the time to double check that it was indeed dead. He gave us the lowest quote (out of many) and more importantly, he left us KNOWING that we were in good hands. Matt even lent us a window unit to use in the mean time and came back from his vacation to get us installed as soon as he could.

  Matt is excellent at repairs and keeping your system going well! He is timely, gets right to work and finishes efficiently. His prices are excellent, especially compared to other companies. We have used Stratton for years, ever since we had issues after another company did not do their job correctly! We needed someone to fix our heater and Stratton came highly recommended. We have not had an issue since and we would not use anyone else!

  Our heater went out and Matt was here early the next morning. He replaced the blower motor then figured out the mother board had goon. So, he went right out and got that, too. He was back the next t day and had everything running! Thank you! Friendly, reliable, hard working man!
